email not being received

innovativespeakers.toastmastersclubs.org - Membership Management
A current member is not receiving email sent to our club email group, officer group or mentor requests. She is able to send email to the group. The member is our current VP-ED, Malliga Tholandi. I've asked her to check junk and spam folders. I've removed and re-entered her email address. Could you check and see if there is a problem on the freetoast side? Are there ISP security settings that are too high? Thanks for you help.

I logged in as her to check her profile and I see nothing wrong with it. It is possible that she needs to make toastmastersclubs a safe sender. Look in the help section of her email provider.

Email is being sent to and received from malligatholandi@gmail.com please have her check her spam box.
