freetoasthost login process

Hi --

When you forget your password (yup - I know I failed on this  ) you go through the process of requesting a password.

you do everything correctly the system tells you to enter this crazy FBI like code 16c569e3021a5acde29ff45966b976bc but you get an error that not correct

Now one is locked from trying to get help - my only recourse was to create a new account.

I know - I should not forget passwords - but if this happens again how can I get help (as replying to the password email is a no, no)

Userid: ronitmfl and ronitmfl2

Ok, you are talking about these forums... I believe Brian can manipulate the forum user accounts. I may be able to also... I just have not done that before.

thanks -- hopefully it will not happen again but in the case that one needs help outside the forum and one cannot log in - is there an e-mail that one can submit to the forum - the alternative is to create a new account and this is not something that would be a best practice
