Problem with email address for all members

Club: HOD - 2326

We are having a problem with the email that is used to contact all members, which for us is members-2326@toastmastersclubs.org

I am able to use it with no problems, but our VP for membership isn't. Everytime he sends an email using this address it never sends, yet any other email address he uses works fine.
It has been this way for at least 6 months, yet no one else in the club seems to be having any issues with this email address.

Are you able to suggest possible issues that might be causing this? what further details do you require?

Have him make sure we are on his safe senders list on whatever email tool he is using. I know you make think that only affects incoming mail to him, but I been seeing some impacts in the other direction more recently that are resolved by putting us on safe senders.

Also, his email provider isp may be listed on SpamCop as a spammer... we block those. Brian can check this.

I see David sent an email to the guests list but
not the members list in the last 2 weeks.

Please have David copy the member list email from the website and paste it into his gmail compose email, and let me know when he sends the email.

probably an obvious.. but make sure his email is listed correctly in the membership list. He can only effectively send email FROM that address. ..it could be more what Brian has said but check this out too just in case it's something simple.
