Can't log in as an administrator - 3748748

I am trying to log into the website as the administrator for club 3748748, and nothing happens. I put the club number in as the login and the password that was sent to me from admin@toastmastersclubs.org and hit login and nothing changes on the screen. Please help!

That is your log in key, not a password.

Check your email (including your junk folder) and click on the link. This will connect you to the site as the admin, then follow the directions in the email to reset your password.

Thank you. Now I can get to the console, but when I hit save none of the changes I make will hold. I tried to change the administrator password and hit save, then log out and log back in and it won't let me get back into the console.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen and click on the reload website from server link, then try again.

If it works then, you will have to set your cookie settings according to this document:

I have yet to be able to log into my FreeToastHost site...I have a meeting tomorrow and I would really like to try and get it figured out by then. I have been given access by the club president to be the site admin but when I put my name in, nothing happens....I have reset my cookies and that doesn't seem to be making a difference.

Someone reset my login key that used to bring my to the admin console but I can't get there. Is there a way to reset everything so I can start over fresh?

Click on log in as admin, then put in your club number 3748748 and then your admin password.

If you do not know the password or it is not working, click on the link Did you forget your password? Then check your email, including the junk folder for the link to reset the password again.

The reason your name doesn't show up is that you have no members listed yet in Membership Management.
