Cannot drag and drop in agenda update

Hello, I am using Windows 8.1 on a laptop. When I add a new role in the current agenda, I do not have the ability to drag and drop using my external touchpad or computer touchpad. My colleague has a different computer which has the touchpad ability.

Suggestions please,

Try with different browsers. Could be a browser add-in conflict issue. We do not do anything special to enable or disable any kind of touch pad capabilities. Whatever you have is there because of what your system provides.
