Cannot edit the Home Page / Custome created webpages on my Club website.

Dear Brain,

I uploaded the page 3 months ago and now when I am trying to edit, I am not able to edit it. neither I am able to delete the picture nor I can upload a new One. I am not able to see the editor itself from where I had uploaded it previously.

Would it be OK if I provide you my Username and password in this forum so that you can check.

Please help.

You are using the site admin user (club number) and the site admin password correct?

You cannot use your member user and password to access the admin console.

Sorry could not reply immediately.

I tried editing the Home Page using my Member username and Password and launching the Admin Console. Still I am not able to Edit the homepage. I same problem as previous.

Is there any problem in the website ?

You need to use the site admin user and password to use the site admin console, this is not your person name and password.

I used both ways, first I tried using the Admin Console using the Admin name (Club no.) and password and then when I saw your previous email I tried using the admin console after logging in using my username and password.

In both the cases I am not able to modify/edit the Home page content.

I am really annoyed, the club meeting is on the cards and I am not able to edit.

Is there any other reason, please help.

Did you try from a non work PC?

There is something in your local PC that is causing this issue.
