Adding someone else to agenda?

#100799
I am the president of my Toastmasters club, and we have a brand new member (just got dues today and VPE has not put into FTH yet), as well as a guest speaker (non-,ember) that I want to add to the agenda for an upcoming meeting.  Is there a way fro me to do this even though I am not the one speaking?

I see that your club agenda has the president opening the meeting.

Ask someone (your VPE or site admin) who can edit agendas to check the box next to "The person assigned to this role can edit this meeting agenda."

See the section in this document title 'Edit Role'

Edit; this can be added to the agenda template so the president always has access to edit 'this' agenda. Or...

Your club's access settings also has room for two more agenda editors. They could assign one to you.
