Speech Introduction entries available for printing ?

In our meeting agenda we have a role for Invocation and want the member to be able to enter the details for the Inspirational thought, pledge or the thought of the day or theme or Word of the Day, Meaning, Usage, etc.
This does not reflect in the agenda when we print it. Same happens with the Speech Introduction. It does not reflect in the printed agenda. How can this be made available in the printed agenda.
Else Admin/ Toastmaster has to edit the agenda and then enter in the role description. Thats is feasible if member submits his entries in email to the Admin/ Toastmaster and they enter it manually.
I am looking for option such that the member can directly enter those details and it reflects in the agenda directly.

The introduction is available for the Toastmaster of the Meeting to print and introduce the speaker. It is not intended to be on the printed agenda.
