Roles out of order on agenda due to previous revisions

When I try to print the multiple-week-agenda with the small clipboard icon, the speaker roles are not listed. I have added and revised the agenda with new web parts many times in the recent past for marathons, contests etc. The role disorder has happened before, but usually the multiple-week-agenda resets itself after a while. Please help me understand why its not going back to normal. Do I need to just use one of the templates to make it reset? Club #5916 Cy-Fair Super Speakers

The multi-week sign-up sheet depends on *consistency* of role names throughout the 5 agenda period that is shown on the report.

If there are *any* differences in roles/role names during that period, it will impact the report. This includes a contest agenda that is different than other agendas during the time frame, and agendas where you have changed the role names.

This is not really a bug. It is simply due to the code having to do its best to come up with a well-organized report based on varying information during the 5 agenda period. Since there is only one set of roles in the left most column, it has put the roles there that best represent all agendas in the 5 agenda timeframe. If there are any differences, you will see some "N/A"'s on the report for roles that shown on some but not all agendas during the timeframe.

If you are missing speaker roles, you should take a look at the print checkbox for the role and the role name itself. If the speaker roles are not distinct, they will get grouped together as one (or few) speaker roles and seem to be missing from the multi-meeting sheet. Usually, this is due to not wording the speaker role in a way that the code understands.
