Officer email account

Hello,
Is there a generic email address that the officers could log into and have access to look at postings, newsletter information, etc before we make public to the club? Instead of making a gmail account, we would like to keep it TM / club focused. I hope I am making sense.

First, lets make clear that this is a support website for the FreeToastHost website system for Toastmasters clubs *only*.

So... assuming that you have a FreeToastHost website...

1. Please *always* include your club number in your post or in your forum signature. We need that.

2. Why don't you just upload those things to your website so that your officers can look at them there when they log in as members?
