link for agenda builder

the agenda builder is listed, I've asked for the download & he is requesting a link address.
how is this done?

I am not sure what you are referring to, the agenda is part of the website there is no download.

When I'm on Toastmasters Intern. There is a paragraph "manage your club" below it is Agenda builder.
This is available through who created it. & i'm able to download the Builder. He is a TM and is requesting a link. (what is LinK)
I tried to create the page ahead of time but the page also requires a link.
