NEW MEMBER UNABLE TO LOG IN TO OUR CLUB WEBSITE eClinicalWorks

Club : eClinicalWorks - 01502170

As VP of Membership, I enrolled a new member in September. She is up-to-date on her dues/membership.

For some unknown reason, when she tries to log in to our local chapter webpage (at Member Login), it is not accepting her email address to then click "Authenticate/Login" to get an authorization link emailed to her.

I have confirmed the email address that she has used as a new member. Can you help me get to the bottom of this?

Can you provide the member's first name so we can research this for you?

Did you have her check her junk or spam folder?

She didn't find our local eCW club email in her spam/junk folder. She DID find the TM National email in there...

there is no one name JYOTHI in the member list for club site 1502170.toastmastersclubs.org

Please have the site admin add her.
