when adding new members to my site, it keeps duplication the email addresses, and gives me this message below. I have deleted them at least 20 times, and this keeps happening. Very frustrating! Please help!

I just solved the problem. Instead of deleting a single line of the member's names and email addresses, I deleted the people completely, by deleting both lines. Then I added them back, and sent the welcome messages.

I'm sorry that you went through the trouble. I was going crazy too! It shouldn't have been that difficult to correct those errors.
