unable to get into our website to do anything

Please help! me and the former admin cannot get into our website at all.
I tried to change myself to admin and received a new password and now
it doesnt work at all.
Can you please help!

Also using an invalid club url

Was he assigned a new password? How can he get another password. Is there anyway I can go in and fix the website? All the officers are wrong and info outdated.

He is the site admin, if you requested a new password for the site admin it was sent to him.

I already gave you that information on how to get access to the site. If you need to change the site admin please submit a change request.
