Some users not able to access website

Hi!

I have recently setup our club website: saopaulo.toastmastersclubs.org
It seems that for some particular reason some people can access it, which is my case, and some people cannot...
For those people who cannot access it, the browser returns that the page is not available, as if the address actually did not exist.
At the very same moment, I try to access it in my house and everything is okay.
One curious fact: I was working on the site setup at my girlfriend's house and was doing just fine. Two days later, I tried to access at her house again and since then I always got the "page is not available" error, just the same error several other club members report.

I have tried to reset the router, the modem but without success...

We will need to know the IP address of the people who cannot access to see if their IP range has been blocked.
