will the past agendas stored/left and accessed via our club's web site disappeared? on migration to FreeToastHost v2.2

No, the agendas that are there on Thursday will be there on Friday, nothing is being deleted.

Are we going to have to restart the website from scratch again? What about all the articles, directions? will they be there after the update on 11.20.14?
