My login was rejected - said my account was blocked. Had to create a new account so I could create a support request!

Original account was under email address bgailer@gmail.com.

Why is it blocked?

How do i unblock it?

Is there a way to communicate a problem like this without creating a new account?

There's something strange going on with the user databases. Several other people got locked out, and certainly not for misbehaving.

Try your other account now.
