District Officers Roles

Please add the Division Governor and Area Governor titles back in the District Officer Drop Down Menu Selection. They are no longer there. It does make it easier for our District Members to know the roles of the folks in the District.

Ok, I added Area Governor and Division Governor to the popup. You should be able to select and use them now.

A couple of caveats that I am still working to resolve:

1. Selecting either of these with something else is currently an impossible combination to do. It is a current constraint in the role change logic. I will keep working to remove that constraint without breaking other elements of the role change logic.

2. There is some strange anomaly with the control height increasing dramatically occasionally. I am aware of it (now I am) and I will work to get rid of it. I request your patience.
