same issue here club 1390858 in google chrome logged in as admin - exact same spinning circle, save grayed out when logged in as site admin. Worked ok when I changed to Internet Explorer but chrome is better for printing agendas so not ideal.

Thanks for confirming that it's happening only in some browsers. With luck, the developer should have a fix available soon.
