File Manager - Error when uploading PDFs

I am not sure this is the same problem, but it rhymes. FTH File Manager is not saving uploaded PDF files as it did prior to the recent update.

When I upload a file, the correct file name shows in the list. If I hit the new Refresh button, the file disappears. It does not seem to matter if I hit Save before or after the Refresh. Have tried many times after refreshes, restarts, and reboots.

Windows 7 Pro and Firefox 33.1 (usually).

Thanks. This problem has been resolved in the past hour, either because you fixed it, or because I did a minor Firefox upgrade from 3.1 to 3.1.1. Cross this one off your list.

Firefox has had a number of changes... In my view, not all of them have been improvements.
