Browser issues in both Chrome and Internet Explorer

I just did a quick test... my cursor is no longer a four-headed arrow, just a two-headed arrow...

BUT

it did allow me to change the order of roles.

When I have time, I'll put it through some more paces, but I'm confident that you've solved the problem.

Yes, I downloaded and installed an update to our main user interface library. The library update specifically is supposed to be compatible with WIndows 8.

I ditched our normal drag and drop plugin and just used the equivalent from this user interface library.

I switched to a 2 headed arrow since you really can only move rows up and down.

Lastly, I found and installed a plug-in to enable some basic touch screen support.
