Edit This Meeting Agenda (Pencil Icon) only shows in Admin

Members used to be able to edit the agenda - at a minimum the Toastmaster and VPE could. Now it only shows up for the Admin. Is this intentional or an error?

Which members are having the issue?

What agenda date are they trying to update?

It is the secretary/treasurer for the upcoming meeting on December 1st.
I logged in as a member and added myself as Toastmaster for the December 15th agenda to see if that would bring it up, but it did not.

The that master for that meeting is Clarissa Wu who is not your secretary

I see that the pencil icon doesn't show up immediately after adding yourself as the Toastmaster, but if you open a different page and then go back to the agenda, the icon will be there. Please use this as a workaround in the mean time.

Any officer who has been given access to agenda settings (typically VPE and President) should always see the pencil icon.

Any member can add or remove themselves from a role if the agenda role setting allows that (setting on agenda or carried through from agenda template. This is different to the pencil icon which allows editing of the entire agenda.

A new feature can be set to notify various people when people take on or drop a role, documentation here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-default-settings

So if I understand correctly, only the Toastmaster, the Admin and any officers (limit 2) who have been authorized, can edit the agenda using the pencil icon.
