Edit This Meeting Agenda (Pencil Icon) only shows in Admin

That's correct.

It used to be that the club President could do so as well. I've not been able to test if this is still the case.

So if I understand correctly, only the Toastmaster, the Admin and any officers (limit 2) who have been authorized, can edit the agenda using the pencil icon.

Not exactly. You cannot authorize any additional officers to edit the live dated agendas at this time. (Interesting idea though... hmmm... I wish I had thought of that) It is just the Admin, VPE, and TM of the meeting that can use the pencil button to edit the displayed agenda.

The agenda buttons are showing up a bit slow--it is a JavaScript issue. I will be addressing that in the upcoming weeks. I have a plan in mind for that.

It is the *agenda templates* that you can authorize other officers to edit. My focus was on the modules in the admin console only when I implemented the access settings stuff. I could certainly add other types of access settings in the future.

Our past President/now secretary used to go into the agenda after every meeting and update it to reflect the evening's participants so that historically, the agendas would reflect who actually did what. That way it was easy to track speaking progress and assignments for the CL manual.

The following have access to the dated agendas

1) to create new agenda the site admin and VPED

2) to edit the agenda - only the agenda they are assigned to the chair/president and the Toastmaster.
