1) Click the reload link at the bottom of your site page

2) clear your cookies and cache
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/clearing-browser-cache

3) make sure your browser settings are to this doc

I created the message pop-ups for those errors to be specific. Can you tell us what the pop-up said, other than data transfer error? A screen shot may help.
