Member Management - Officers Issue

When working with the new Member Management feature, I am seeing all the officers roles getting wiped out when changing an officer. Detailed write up and screen captures are attached.

OS: Windows 7 64bit
Browser: IE 11 32Bit
Club #: 3733
Last edit: 11 years 5 months ago by StanGreen. Reason: Attachemnt did not seem to attach.

I am having the same problem. Also, the club officer roles no longer are showing on our "meet our members" directory (it just shows "member" for each person instead of the officer role). I keep changing the officer role in member management and even though it says it saved, it don't keep the change. Please help. This makes me wonder if the email still works when I want to email all officers since it no longer shows who is an officer (so it won't know who to send an email to).

I just replied to this and it didn't seem to save, so I am reposting it. I apologize if it posts twice.

I am having the same problem regarding member management. I tried to add an officer and it showed it saved but it didn't change. Then I noticed that none of the officers that were previously listed are still listed. And the officer roles disappeared on our "meet our members" member directory. Now everyone is listed just as a member instead of as a officer. This makes me wonder if the email to our officers will work since the system doesn't seem to know who is an officer. Please help.

This should be fixed now. Please click the reload link at the bottom of your website and please verify that you can set roles now.

Also, if you would like, I can do a reset to pre-update roles. Let me know.

Sorry for any inconvenience. I was trying to fix one issue and caused another.

Thanks for the quick response Steve.

No worries, I understand how complex code is :) No need to reset the roles, I fixed them using the old way.

It does seem to be working now. The only strange thing is I get the message:
You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
You are no longer logged in. Please log in again.

But I do seem to be logged in. I did not log out and unless the time out is 30 seconds, I should not have timed out.

Thanks,
Stan

Sometimes if I change the server code you will get logged out. I have not quite figured out why that happens, but it does.
