In an effort to correct several issues with the table on the home page, I created a new table (adding color to the base table as Steve suggested) and moved the contents of the original table into the new table.
The issue: the last cell will not give me a cursor to select the information to be moved. The cell is sitting at the bottom of the home page. The cell in the new table is ready for the contents, but I cannot move it.

Help.....again.

RESOLVED:
There were two cells side by side. I deleted the empty cell, leaving only the cell with contents. At that point I was able to select the information within the cell and move it.

Change to source view and edit the tables cell structure. You might need to add another row.
