Meeting Agenda Sent to Guest List

Dear Free ToastHost 2,
I would like to send a meeting agenda via email to members and to the guest list as well. How to do it? As you see on the screen "Send meeting agenda via email" only has 3 options: Send to all club members (including TM and VPE); Toastmaster; and Vice President of Educatioan.

So if I create a guest list in Membership management, How to include this guest list when I send a meeting agenda via email?

well one of the other FTH ambassadors might have a better answer.. but what might work is to send the agenda just to you.. and then copy and paste it into a new email that you send to your guests-XXX@toastmastersclubs.org (where the XXX is your club number)

you migiht also read through this support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms and see if anything here is helpful.

1) we do not recommend you send the agenda to all guests on a regular basis as it would be considered spam as they did not as for the information.

2) The system will never sent the agenda to the guests or former members list.
