Can’t remove drop down box from Agenda item

I created an agenda but I am having problems removing the Click to Assign Member drop down box. I tried clicking on the pencil icon and unchecking the “This is a role for which members can sign up” box but the drop down box does not go away. I tried deleting it and creating a new item to replace it but it still appears.

The lists of icons to the right of the duration show a dark clock. Hovering the mouse over it indicates it is Not a Member Signup Role but, there it is. The item below it is the same situation but, it displays properly.

How can I remove the Click to Assign Member drop down box?




The browser is Firefox 34.0.

Only you as he agenda editor will see the drop down.

That may be. But, the item directly underneath, "*Toastmaster* Introduces First Speaker" does not have the drop down box visible and it is set up the same way.

What is the date of your agenda?

Since we are just switching to FTH, I am back-filling previous meetings but you can check the Blue Diamonds Agenda template and the specific date of 05 AUG 2014.
