New Member Unable to Login

Hi,

I am the admin with Beach Cities Toastmasters (Club# 3921) - beachcities.toastmastersclubs.org/ . We have a new member who is unable to get setup on the website. Everytime she tries to login it says she will get an authentication e-mail but she never receives anything. She has checked her spam and nothing shows up. She uses gmail.

Please help. Thanks!

I see one to a "tsgoyna" ... is that it?

Looks like it went out within the last hour or so. Our delivery speeds vary depending on how many people are using the system at any given time.

Please verify that the persons email address is correct in membership management. typos do happen

Brian can also check for receipt of the email by the persons email provider.

Also, you can resend people these emails yourself if you just log in as them, but do not enter the password. The system has no way of know whether you directed the authentication email to be sent or they did. Thus, you can act on their behalf, when warranted.
