Ok, I was able to identify a problem in the server code. It has been fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I was able to successfully upload and then rename a file while logged in as a member only.

However, when I renamed the file, the donut kept on spinning and the Save button remained greyed out, even though it was successful. I eventually just closed the admin console by cancelling out of it.

Ok, you should be good now. Just use the blue reload link and you should be good to go.
