File Manager can subtract but not add, why?

I downloaded files, refreshed the content. Intended add the files back but have been prevented. The files are under the 5meg limit, and the old file have been deleted so no corruption can occur. I have no further ideas, so your assistance would be appreciated. Club 1851

Your club number is in your forum sig now, so you will not need to post it again. We see it in your forum sig. (easier that way)
