"Not taking" is a problem with the new version of FTH. You can make changes in the background colors, vertical and horizontal positions, etc....but when you go back to make another edit, the previous changes are gone and you have to re-enter them.
My "not taking" means the changes aren't sticking, holding, staying......

You cannot modify the default calendar page you need to create a new page switch to source view and post the google supplied embed code.

If the changes are not sticking it is because you are not logged in as the admin. Your browser is logging you out.

What browser are you using?

Firefox.

I just created "temp calendar" new page, embedded the Google calendar code. If you look at the page, what shows up is the default calendar. It is listed in the left sidebar.

Hmmm something in the keyword or name was giving you the default calendar.

I changed to temp cal and the google calendar shows.

Try turning off the default calendar and renaming the "temp cal"

What is strange is that is not the default calendar...the default is turned off. That is just the way the Google calendar was showing up.

I changed the name on the temp calendar to the "District Events Calendar" after completely deleting the original "District Events Calendar" and it went back to the default. I changed the name to "D E C 2" and now the Google calendar shows up again.

I ended up changing the name of the calendar and it seems to be working now........whatever the reason.

Thank you for your help, Brian.
