Club # 2742030 Member Login issue

Phyllis Breech - Pbreech@sa-technology.com has not been able to log in to gcctm.toastmastersclubs.org/ with her member login for months. We have tried to reset password and sent new users link several times. How can we resolved her member login issue?

Temporarily, I have provided her administrative login and password.

Can she enter her name in the initial log in and use the admin password to log in?

Is she receiving the reset password emails?

Have her check her spam box she should have recieved an authentication email today
