how to find out member username

Hi,

i have a member who forgot the username and password. how can i find out her username so she can go through the password reset process?

If you are the Site Admin you will find member names in Membership Management section of your Admin Console, otherwise if you log in as a member you should find her name in your Private Member Directory.

Here is the documentation for resetting her pass word:

All she has to do is type in the first few letters of her name. Her name as entered in your membership management should show directly beneath where she is typing. She can enter her email address instead. She must select her name from the new box that will autopopulate after she has typed in the first few letters of her name or email address.
