Internal Meeting ID # error message

When I try to delete a message regarding a meeting agenda, I get an undeliverable message. It appears to be related to internal meeting ID #. How can we fix this?

I don't understand. What do you mean "when I try to delete a message"?

That is just a bounce message from when you tried to reply to an agenda and it did not have the meeting # in the reply. (It actually does deliver to everyone except the meeting Toastmaster in that case.)

How do you insert the internal meeting number?

You don't. We do that when the agenda email is sent out. It is just to allow replies to go to the meeting toastmaster.

If you click reply on an agenda email, it is the number that shows up in the to address in the reply.

It will be something like agenda.######-3555@toastmastersclubs.org . The ####### is the number in question.

If the to address in the reply to the agenda email does not have that number, then you will get the complaint email back.

The meeting agenda number does not show up in the email address. It does show up in the agenda hyperlink. See attachment.
