Hi Pam;

I created a new account as even my old user name seems gone: GlennLaycock

It was working even a short time ago so very odd. Can you check to see if I have no account as I will rebuild a new one otherwise.

No support forum account, if that is what you are referring to.

We had a hiccup with the forum software right around the time we were getting ready to release 2.20 (pure coincidence).

Unfortunately, some of the forum accounts were lost or became inaccessible.

I was locked out for a time as were some of the other FTH Ambassadors.
