You have only entered 2 officers and one of the officers does not have an email address.

You need to enter and assign all of your officers in the members list, then set up the contact form.

I cant get into this list anymore.

I don't know how to delete here completely and start anew/
This list in which you put a few on top of each other . . . don't see it.

When you're logged in as admin, you should be able to access the Membership Management area in the admin console. There you can edit and delete members' records.

When you say that you can't get into this list anymore, what exactly is happening? A screenshot might also be useful so that we can see for ourselves.
