Request for website results in email sent to old email address

When I request a web site I receive a message that an email has been sent to someone who has not been involved with the club for quite some time. I have updated the emails addresses in every location that I know of in the TMI Club Central. Where else could this defunct email address be hiding?

How recently did you make the change?

Since the new TI website went live, some of us have had to wait at least two days for the changes to go through. It's possible that, during the holiday period, it will take even longer.

There may not be much more you can do than wait, unfortunately.

Please provide your club number when asking for support then we look into the issue.

We will need the exact date you made the change at Toastmasters.org Club Central

FTH is not part of Toastmasters International and has no access to Toastmasters International databases or infrastructure.

The email address showing is b_alqasem@hotmail.com

If this is not correct when was the change request submitted and by who?
