Lunch Admin Tool / Loggin Screen is missing

Need help our Website is not coming in proper full screen, and the above mentioned option is missing to make any necessary changes.

from ESCF Toastmasters club
our Club ID is 1048201

I am the VPE and managing the website.

Request your help to sort this out.

The admin login is showing in the box under the public links, once you log in as the site admin the Launch Admin console will show
