Happy New Year! I have two people working together to complete the job of VPED. Problem is, I can't assign the role to two people, but both need access to make agendas. How can I accomplish this? Help!

Toastmasters only recognizes one person in each officer role, so only one of the two will receive credit for the role.
In line with that, we do not allow two different people to be assigned to the VPE role.

For the purposes of working with agendas, you will need to share the admin password with the person who is not listed as the VPE in membership management.
