Member not receiving group email

Hello,
We have a member Matt Pluta who has been a member for awhile and has received our group emails.
Recently, he has not.

Our club is 4987 Southlake.
4987.toastmastersclubs.org

His email address and name is listed in our Member Management section of our website.

His email is Matt@PlutaInsurance.com

Can you help me troubleshoot why he is not getting emails when we use the Members Group List?

It seems Matt's email address is a business one. Have his spam filters been changed? He might need to have the domain toastmastersclubs.org whitelisted by his business IT department
