meeting Agendas - List All Agendas

One meeting agenda page, there is a checkbox labeled 'List All Agendas'.
If left unchecked only the next meeting will show in the drop-list. And if must
be checked and page refreshed to show all of them, this gives the illusion that
there is only one meeting agendas available for role selection. I want the checkbox
to me checked by default on initialization for all users........

The unchecked state will show all future agendas and up to 45 days of past agendas. It is a filter.

I am not going to change the operation of the filter or checkbox at this time. It works the way it works because a lot of clubs requested to show the filtered list by default.

The whole agenda navigation scheme will probably get revamped in the future, so don't be dismayed. For now, it just sort of "is the way it is."
