Background issue

I was trying to print out name tags and was having an issue with the background printing. I originally adjusted it on my print options, but didn't close the browser. I tried printing again and it still showed the background in the preview, but didn't print. I then closed my browser and restarted. At this point, I'm not sure what I did between that refresh and restart, but I can no longer see the background on my website. I also could no longer see the icons (ex in File manager, i could see the boxes for making public or deleting, but couldn't see the icons within the boxes). Then I realized when i went back to my home page, I no longer had the header bar, I only have text.

I wish I could tell you a bit more details on what i messed up to get there, I apologize that I can't. I can tell you at this point, I have restarted my computer, deleted the cache and history several times, reset the appearance within the webpage to the defaults in terms of colors of links and background, tried changing themes, relogged back into the FTH site...yet still can't see everything. I've uploaded two screenshots to show what I mean. The first indicates where my top banner isn't showing. The second shows within the admin console, all of the placeholders for the functions at top (Bold, Template, etc) are there, but they are completely whited out.

Perhaps I somehow deleted the ability to see any images? I did go to my other clubs site (not logged in, just as visitor) and that looks fine to me. I also went to a few non-Toastmasters websites and those appear to be fine. I hope that helps give you enough information. Can you please help me figure out what I did so I can restore it to normal?

Your site banner shows up correctly when I look at it.
