*** Context: I had made a change at the Website Settings | Home Page tab and clicked Save. Didn't see any feedback for a few seconds so I clicked Close. The above message appeared.

*** Another context "hint" - the Save button had not yet been reset in conjunction with a page refresh.

That means you clicked close before the system was finished with the save.

Please check that your changes were saved.if not you will need to do them again.
