Pasting a pdf flyer onto a custom webpage using same style

I've created a Speaker series announcement . See attached.

Can I paste this so that it appears exactly like this on a custom webpage? And once it is in, may I sent it to the email contacts on the website?

Club 2196748, Thanks, Marie

There is no attachment. Use Add File below.

You cannot paste PDFs into a custom page. Also, they are a document file not an image. You can upload them to the file manager and link to them. Some people will put a thumbnail image of the PDF in a custom page and put the link on that thumbnail image.

Relevant docs:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/file-management
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/linking-to-files

Thumbnails of PDFs:
www.a-pdf.com/faq/how-to-generate-thumbn...images-from-pdfs.htm

You can put the link on the thumbnail by inserting the thumbnail image, then selecting it before creating the link.

I created a flyer for a speaker series at our club and ttried sending this to you but it is in doc format. It was not accepted.

Is there a way to paste the announcement as is to a custom webpage without having to adjust all the fonts spacing etc?

You can try the paste from word feature of the rich text editor--look for the icon in the top row. It is not perfect, but it may allow you to capture the majority of content from your doc file. I would suggest testing on a blank custom page.

Alternatively you can load the document to your file manager and set up a custom page which is just a link to that document (no other content, just the URL). The document will open up automatically when the page is accessed.

If it is a public page you can send the link to the custom page to your email contacts. When they click on the link your custom page will open.
