A former member is incorrectly receiving regular clubs emails

A former member contacted me that she is receiving regular emails after leaving the club. I am an admin of our club's site, and she is definitely in the former members list and not in the members list. I deleted her from the formers member list and will see if this keeps her from getting more emails. However, we shouldn't have regular agenda emails going to former members so something is incorrect in the system.

I noticed in the admin console that the format of each line in the table of former members is inconsistent. Lines do not separate every member in the list, and this member was grouped with another member in a single row -- her data was on a separate line but no black line separated her row from the person above her in the list.

Unfortunately, after I deleted the member who had complained about the emails I saw that some other former members are also grouped together in cells. No idea if the formatting is a sign of a problem with the underlying data and I don't know if any other former members are erroneously getting regular member emails.

Our club is 1055281. I would post a picture of the problem formatting but cannot do that because of privacy concerns.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen and click on the link "Click here to reload website from server"

Then look at the former members list again.

Can you provide the first name of the former member?

Hi Steve -

I wish I could give you a screenshot, but that would be unethical because the screens include personally identifiable information. If this support site was secure I would post it. I have used Firefox 34.0.5, Chrome 39.0.2171.95 and Safari 6.0.5 and see same thing.

I reloaded the website from the server as you suggested. It did not fix the formatting problem. I see the formatting problem in the current members list as well.

The email of the former member that has continued to receive emails even though she's been on the former members list for a couple of months or so is tlc2pets@gmail.com. I deleted her from the former members list yesterday.

A screenshot is a picture file. It can be altered to obscure sensitive information. Also, we do not need the whole screen, just the section of relevance.

Now I literally can't give you evidence on the formatting. I logged in again to take the screenshot and obscure the names, numbers, etc. as you suggested, but the formatting is now ok. I could not find any 2 people in the same cells/rows in either list. Who knows, maybe you put out a patch or something?
