Many thanks to Steve the Techie and to Pam. Not only was my problem fixed, but I learned alot on how to prevent or fix these things myself.

I think that the doc about this isn't as clear as it could be, and I'll be updating that in the next day or two. As a writer, I learn from this sort of thing, too.
