When members try to respond to the email our VPE generates to distribute the meeting agenda, they receive a message saying the email address is not valid.

I can't figure out what we have done incorrectly in the setup that would cause this problem. Anyone have the same issue? What settings do we need to make it possible for people to reply to website-generated emails?

DNS records at GoDaddy for www.toastmasterswalshtroy.com are *not* set correctly.

Email will not be properly routed until you correct this.

I appreciate your responses. Sadly, I haven't a clue what the instructions in the link you provide mean, or how to do what it says to do.

I inherited this role from a techie who is long gone. I know enough working with Wordpress to get around this site reasonably well, but the DNS stuff even where this domain was purchased from is totally outside of my area of expertise.

What you could do is contact GoDaddy customer support and provide them the DNS record settings from our doc. From what I hear, their customer support is usually very helpful.

As an alternative, you do not have to use the domain name... You could opt to wean your club off of it and just use a website alias instead. That would guarantee that your email would work.
