How to create a folder and add different photo web pages to that folder #2

I reviewed the File Management help page to create folders.
But it seems that I cannot create sub-folders below the folder level.
I added :2013<space> to rename my existing files, but all that did was to rename the file without creating a sub-folder.
Is it possible to 'move' all my files organized by year?
Otherwise I can rename the folder to Minutes - Regular Meeting 2013: instead of
Minutes - Regular Meeting: 2013:

Please do not pile on the end of an existing message thread that is not your own. It causes a lot of confusion and causes the original poster to get replies directed at you.

Sorry I was just trying to understand the file structure of File Manager.
In my instance I am simply uploading files of our club minutes and not photos.

I was just wondering if I could create sub-folders below the top level folder by adding a second <colon>name<space> on the filename.

Ok, you added to the end of an existing thread, which confused me--I looked at the wrong website.

***Please do add to the end of existing threads that are not your own. Click the New Topic tab above instead to start a new thread.

Unfortunately, doing more than one level of file folders is not possible at this time.
