Reset Password Failed

Hello,

One of my club members received the following error:

"Reset password failed: This user is blocked. If this is an error, please contact an administrator.
Please reset"

Our club number is 5981. The member's email address is shanaleedixon@hotmail.com.

Your help is appreciated.

That is not an error from the FTH system.

What exactly were they doing?
